Gradient Institute has received a donation from Cadent, an ethical technology studio, to develop research on technical AI Safety.

As AI systems evolve rapidly, the tools to ensure their safe development and deployment remain underdeveloped. This donation will help Gradient Institute’s efforts in addressing this crucial gap. Tax-deductable donations from organisations like Cadent will help Gradient Institute to develop new AI safety solutions, prioritising the detection, rectification and prevention of manipulative behaviour in large AI models.
